Not what I expected...
I was a little bit disappointed at these strings.
As a big fan of Eric Clapton, I wanted to try these and had high hopes.
Unfortunetly due to such high hopes, my disappointment was just as great.
The tone and feel is just...average...
Not to mention that the tone doesn't last much long either.
I will always stick with Elixirs for acoustic guitars!
(although it costs 3 times as much)
Speaking of costs...I'd say the price is quite good for a signature series strings.
Basically everything about these strings are just average, like any 5-8 euro pack of strings.
These are just my personal opinions though.
Best to try it yourself to see how it is.

Okay but nothing special
Slightly sweeter tone than standard Martin strings. I found the bass strings kept more definition when tuning down (I play in lower turnings a lot). However, I also found the treble strings snapped fairly easily after only a few hours gigging and that's why I haven't rushed back to buy another set.

CHEAP AND CHEERFUL
OK for short term usage but they do go off' very quickly, even in the case and unplayed for a while they lose the edge
I will buy some higher spec strings next time, service from Thomann as usual tops.
