Lewitt LCT 440 PURE
Microphone with an excellent level of gain, so it is not necessary to increase the gain of the preamps to much. Overall good microphone

For the money it is good.
This is a very natural sounding microphone. It is not phasey sounding, but it is not the softest in the world. It's sound is somewhat in the middle ground, able to handle just about any source. I bought it primarily for recording vocals that are a bit dull and lack presence. While sounding natural it has a very nice upper midrange lift that is a bit exciting, but not shrill, although on voices it is sibilant. The curve of the lift is natural and broad and overall it is leaning a bit to the brighter side, but in a musical way.
The quality seems top-notch and the shockmount is excellent. The included magnetic pop-filter won't really stop all of your plosives, but it works for softer things.
I would recommend this mic to anyone.

Great mic for recording vocals / acoustic instruments (guitar and piano sound delish!), can be quite warm and has lots of clarity and air - you won't get a better-sounding condenser in this price range.
