Good quality strings and reasonable price

Good quality strings for a relatively cheap price.
Excellent for day to day practice on Oud.
I have tried these strings for a few months on one of my Ouds and found it of good quality and maintain the tunning for a long time.
I would not recommend these strings for a very high tunning.

Liebe Oud Freunde,
erstmal bin Ich mir nicht sicher ob die Saiten für arabische oder türkische Stimmung gedacht sind. Egal ist das eigentlich nicht (Thomann vielleicht Beschreibung anpassen).
Ich habe an meinem Oud-Neubau viele Saiten ausprobiert, so wie es sich gehört :) wenn man den besten Sound finden will. Lenzner Saiten sind generell verlässlich, das Sie aber Pyramid, Daddario und Co. Oud-Saitensets auf der Strecke lassen hätte Ich nicht gedacht . Sie klingen sehr brilliant, keine "stumpft ab" und die 2 Nylons passen perfekt zum Rest. Es gibt natürlich noch teurere Aquila,Bella oder Kürschner die finde Ich auch Hammer aber mit dem Preis liegen die Lenzner sehr weit vorne. Ich hab sie dann übrigens türkisch gestimmt, nicht zu straff und nix kaputt gegangen ;)

Klang trocken

Kurz: Aquila Saiten klingen für mich lebendiger und haben in meinem Empfinden mehr Nachklang und "Wärme" und quietschen nicht so sehr
Der Klang der Lenzner ist "trockener". Schon auch schön...
Die Lenzner haben auch mehr Widerstand beim drüber rutschen... das gefällt mir nicht so gut, ist aber Geschmackssache. Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Saiten sind extrem lang, sodass sie auf jede Oud passen müssten. Gesamtspannung ist scheinbar ein klein wenig geringer als bei den Aquila Saiten.
