LD Systems Dave 8 XS

Perfect mix of clear treble, punchy, clear and detailed mids and powerful bass, fantastic value for money and can be transported in the front seat of my car.

I use it for home recording and rehearsing (room of 12 square meters), but I tested it in small pub (100 square meters, in front of cca 50 people) singing, playing piano and acoustic quitar (together with Alesis MultiMix 16 FireWire). Works very good in both situations.

I can highly recommend this multi-purpose system.

I am happy with the Dave 8XS. For the money invested this is a good quality ratio. The sound is great, the bass is great, Mid / Hi is satisfying, everything is quite full of sound and pleasant to listen to. The whole system is well made. The only thing I'm missing is at least a little EQ, but it's still a great sound. For some modifications, a mixer can always be connected. I am very pleased.

Ich habe es bis jetzt nur mit Verbindung mit mein PC benutzt. Also PC zu externe Soundcard (Behringer UMC 204HD), zu LD Systems. PC auf 50%, SC auf 100% und LD auf 50% (Bass und Vol) und ich habe Angst, dass wenn ich es lauter mache wird die 100-jaerige Haus, wo ich wohne, auseinanderfliegen. Also mehr als zufrieden! Danke!

I bought this sound system for home use. In my room (25m2) it sounds like big line array D&B. Quality of sound is perfect. There is only one minus - there are no stands for tops - need to buy sepparately.

They are set up in a very small untreated basement room for karaoke use. The sound quality is excellent for us and there is a lot of headroom for volume and bass. I have heard a lot of positivies about the sound from our karaoke visitors. I can happily recommend these for live use in smaller spaces.

Loving this set. using it almost daily. Great sound. if I have one small con it is that volume control is not seamless.

Perfect for home use, incredibly powerful for such small units.
Linkable from one unit to another I can imagine these being very good in a restaurant or bar environment.
