Horrible fretwork, even worse setup

All in all i love the design, feel and overall playability...IF it came in a good condition. There were dead spots all over the fretboard, the setup out of the box was god awful🫣 no wonder they didnt figure out that the frets were bad.

Sent it back to thomann and hope to get it fixed, one of the better looking guitars out there.

I put 0.11-0.52 strings on it, and it started to crack a little because of the retainer, so I had to unscrew it almost completely so it wouldn't put pressure on the strings.
