Good but not better than an app
Got this for tuning guitar, thinking it would be less subject to surrounding noise than when using an app on a mobile phone. Unfortunately that is only the case when connecting an external clip-on mic to the instrument which I did for a while. I have since replaced it with a Rimpitch (also from Korg) which is a far better solution for guitar in my opinion. At least it can handle a fall onto a tiled floor from balancing on a leg better than most phones can, so from that perspective it may be a great investment.

Not Quite What I Was Hoping For
Overall, it's fine and does the job. But, I was hoping for a bit more immediate response and accuracy. This doesn't seem any better than the Korg tuner I bought 20 years ago. Or, maybe that's a testament to their quality and consistency?
My biggest frustration is that the tuner has turned on inadvertently, 3 or 4 times now. I didn't bump or touch it, yet it somehow turned on and stayed on for who knows how long before I saw the lights. Maybe something bumped the table near the tuner, but I know that nothing had come into contact with the power button.
I'd probably still purchase this over others, based on the positive aspects.

Satisfactory quality
I use it mostly to identify key/notes when transcribing music, though I try not to rely too much on it. Seems to do the job, though would have been better if you could also used it in the dark as there is no backlight enabling you to see the note picked up in the dark.

A practical (albeit minimal) tuner
Finally bought one of these as a dedicated workshop tuner after getting annoyed about my phone being slow to open a tuner app, not picking up some pitches well and lying flat on my bench.
It turns on immediately and is a lot more sensitive than my phone’s microphone, but responds much more strongly to onsets than continuously changing pitches, so you sometimes have to pluck repeatedly while tuning to get accurate results. It also sadly lacks a hertz readout.
