Good tuner, but definately not perfect
An accurate and small tuner with a very good screen that is better than most cheap clip tuners, but not good enough the justify the price you pay.
I bought this clip for the guitars that I use for lower tunings, and have been using it live and at home for a few weeks now. The screen on this tuner is very good, and is easy to read, even under stage lighting.
The clip has a very small profile, and grips on to every headstock I own very easily, and feels very well secured when it is clipped on. The plastic that is used to make this tuner does feel a bit cheap though. It doesn't feel like it will last, especially if you take this tuner with you on the road.
When it comes to the tuning itself, there are some annoyances. This tuner does have some problems picking up the string that you want to tune sometimes, but when it does pick it up, this tuner is very accurate.
Furthermore, it does have a problem displaying the right note on the screen sometimes. Especially when it comes to the G B and E strings, the tuner has a habit of mixing them up on the display. In standard tuning this isn't that big of an issue but when you tune a guitar that uses a dropped tuning, this problem gets worse. Especially when there is a bit more ambient noise. This isn't that bad when you can take your time while tuning at home or something, but it gets very annoying when you are tuning live in between songs.
The battery life is great, especially compared to other clip tuners I own, but it doesn't get anywhere close to the battery life mentioned in the specs.
All in all the tuner is a more expensive than it should be. It does work better and is more accurate than most cheap clip tuners, but it does have problems that are very similar to the issues cheaper tuners have.
