not for live, good for studio
It holds on the mic stand but fitting it to the IPad is a fiddly endeavor. once you find the proper setting, an use it for one gig, it looses up and you need to do the little IPad dance before every gig. not very user
friendly in my opinion.
quality is good as always with K&M but product design not so much.
i can imagine it working properly in a studio or rehearsal space where you don't move it much.
