Very good, but makes noise during recording

Very solid piano seat. I use it for studio work (in front of computer) and for guitar playing. I like the tissue, as it feels better than artificial leather. Good for living room environment. For my taste: could be a bit a bit softer. I was a bit surprised that the feet are open on the lower side. With this, I cannot slide the seat on the carpet - which I would prefer. Is it possible to remove the play at the joint of the tubes, where the fixation screws are? There is a slight wobble when you move forward and back. I replaced my old drum seat because it was making noise, which can be bad if you record in the same room... After some month of use: I need to remove the seat when I record singers in the same room... the wobble is too loud. There must be a solution!

Strong and durable

We have tried lots of different piano benches at musicschool. Cheaper piano benches with screw-systems usually does not last very long. Specially under adult teachers. Maybe they are good for home, but at school there is heavy usage. This system and metal-construction gives this bench extra durability. Now we buy only that model.
Only small con is that sitting area material does not breath so well.

The seat is well engineered.

I've tagged as 5-star, but here's one caveat I should've understood before buying: the seat is a magnet for every little speck of dust or fabric fiber that floats in your home. Should come with a de-linter roll...

Solid and comfortable

I am totally satisfied with this product. The bench is very stable and comfortable. It is worth its price. It is also quite spacious: I can sit on it along with my kid and play piano together.
The only minor drawback is that the textile upholstery easily catches dust that is pretty visible on the black surface.
All in all, yet another good product from K&M.
