Great sound, no distraction
I've been looking for a compact multifx that be easy to handle and sound good for a while. Kemper's youngest product, Profiler Player - does all you need to enjoy playing in a small box, no need to spend days learning the device, no complex controls. The Player product has a fully powered tone configuration on a desktop and mobile app, and for easy tweaks you can also use the controls on the multifx itself, which gives you a nice feel of toggles that you would find on a real amp.
Sound and emulation quality put it in one tier with industry leaders, so you can rely on it in any venues to play live. As a bonus, bluetooth play-along, "transpose" feature to avoid constant re-tuning (best pitch-shifter-like solution I ever used) and compact size make it a great solution for home practicing and jamming.

Kemper Profiler Player: Big Tone in a Small Box
The Kemper Profiler Player delivers studio-quality amp tones in a compact, pedalboard-friendly format.
Its profiling technology captures the essence of real amps with impressive accuracy.
Built-in effects are top-tier, rivaling dedicated pedals in clarity and depth.
While the interface is minimal, it integrates well with Rig Manager for deeper control.
Perfect for guitarists seeking pro-level sound without the bulk of traditional gear.

Suitable for analog pedal board or stand-alone use
It's a very good pedal for small to medium sized bar scenes. i use it with 2 drive pedals in front of it. the amps are very high quality and sound very realistic. i bought the “M-Vave Chocolate Plus” (foot controller) for more control. You can also control it via iPad or phone.

Incredible sound in a small, tough box.
I bought this as a backup for my Kemper rack but its now a permanent fixture on my coffee table. The new 2.0 software has taken the all ready excellent sound capability and made it unbeatable.
There are two further paid upgrades available for these units that take it up to the full sized units range off effects etc but you get access to all the amps and and really great "basic" effects as standard. It's fully gig and record ready without the upgrades. As standard you get two effects slots before the amp and cab and two after amp and cab, upgrades extend it to four before and four after.
Build quality is rugged, sound quality is unbeatable and it can be used in a simple pedal like way or as in depth as you like with the editor.
IO allows a stereo monitor and balanced mono or unbalanced stereo to FOH, an expression pedal, headphone out and USB so you can use it as an interface.
Very highly recommended!

Love it.
If you are a simple man that loves tone, just buy it. No unnecesarry footswitches that realistically 90% of players don't need. Love it.

Amazing
If you started playing 30 years ago with a Zoom 505, you know what I mean. If not, you’re lucky not to. I never imagined that something like this could be achieved for this kind of money. If you choose a (good) '64 Princeton Reverb profile, you'll be standing in front of a ’64 Princeton Reverb. What you have to keep in mind is that an amp in a studio isn’t played inside the studio, but mic’d up and heard through monitors. If you understand that, you understand that this is the best digital device. The touch, the dynamics, the "tube feel" is unbeatable. Congratulations to the Kemper team; your work is outstanding.
