Speaker is great, but somehow the more you pay for JBL the more small issues I seem to have.
I really like the speaker size and quality. It sounds amazing !
The setup process for me as a beginner was hard, long and complex.
It took me several hours to set them up. Every speaker had to be updated which took more than 15min each. Bluethooth funcion to stream audio is not the best. after 5m distance the sounds start to fade and stutter.
I know these speakers are not really ment for BT streaming but still, if you pay sever thousand for speakers, you expect the offered fetures to work properly.

Still I really like them, great bass, clear sound.

The spec and price of these speakers looked good to replace the band's elderly Line 6 PA speakers, particularly as regards weight as the band is also becoming rather elderly. They arrived and tested out very well - a good improvement with a smooth, clear sound and enough dispersion to fill the small halls we play at. Weight and handles make setting up a breeze but they are a little bigger dimensionally than some other 10" speaker models. It boasts a comprehensive 2 channel mixer with loads of sound engineering options which are not needed right now but may prove useful in the future. Getting the Bluetooth to work to control it all through a phone app was a little tricky but not as bad a some. All in all we are very pleased with the purchase.

Die kleinen Aktivboxen mit 10er Bass sind meine "Arbeitspfedrchen". Im Probenraum laufen sie jeden Tag, bei kleinen Gigs machen sie die "PA" und bei größeren Bühnen entweder meinen Keyboardmonitor oder die Sidefills. Nachdem sich von den Vorgängern eine Box (Alto) nach etwa 10 Jahren verabschiedet hatte, musste sehr schnell Ersatz her. Die Auswahl beschränkte sich anhand von Abmessungen, Gewicht, Sympathie und Verfügbarkeit (!) auf Macke, EV und JBL. Auf letztere fiel die Wahl.
Gute Boxen! Glasklarer Klang, ohne schrill zu sein, genug Bass, um auch Musik darüber abspielen zu können, sehr laut. Leicht zu tragen durch den oben angebrachten Griff. Ich fand die Altos ganz in Ordnung, aber das hier ist eine ganz andere Liga.
Die vielen Digital-Features habe ich angesehen und alles wieder "Auf Mitte" gestellt - klingt! Für mich ist eine Aktivbox mit Einschalter und einem Pegelsteller ausreichend mit Bedienelementen versehen, für alles andere sitzt ein Mischpult davor.
Was mich nervt, weil die Boxen ja über die Woche quasi fest installiert sind: Es gibt keinen echten Ausschalter, das ist eher ein Standby, eine rote LED bleibt immer an. Wenn ich für einen Gig aufbaue, ist das ok, wenn die Boxen im Probenraum aufgebaut bleiben, geht das nicht, "Standby" sollte Geschichte sein. Nun, man kann den Stecker ziehen ... Aber ihren Job machen die Boxen sehr gut, Empfehlung.
