Tbh, it really depends on what you're after and whether you can learn how to set up the FR.

It also depends on what you're going for aesthetically, especially with the army drab finish. I can say though, it's a lot more awesome in person than in the photos you might have seen when looking up this guitar.

Another thing I'd recommend is looking into the guitar and seeing if it fits what you want to learn. Overall, I think this is a great guitar for someone who's into metal, wants a Floyd Rose, and is just starting out.

I personally plan on switching out the pickups and FR because of what I want to get out of it, but it's really solid for the price and I can definitely recommend it.

The only thing I'd really warn about is the Floyd Rose. It can be a bit intimidating at first, especially if you've never used one before, and changing strings or tuning can take a little more time compared to a normal bridge. Once you get used to it though, it's really fun to use and being able to mess around with the trem without it going out of tune is pretty great.

Another thing you'll definitely get used to is the King V shape and how differently it sits compared to something like a Strat. At first it can feel a bit weird, especially if you've mainly played more traditional guitar shapes, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The only thing I've noticed is that if you get really used to playing a King V, going back to something like a Strat can feel weird as well. So if you're planning on switching between different guitar shapes a lot, that's something to keep in mind.

I'd also say don't buy it *just* because it looks cool. Make sure the specs actually fit the kind of music you want to play, because there are probably better options if you don't need a Floyd Rose. But if you're into metal and like the look of it, I'd say it's a really good first guitar for the price.

Ich nutze diese Gitarre im Proberaum, auf der Bühne und ggf auch im Studio (so weit kam es allerdings bisher nicht). Dort tut sie definitiv ihre Pflicht und sieht dabei auch noch gut aus. Direkt beim Auspacken springt einem dieses sexy Mattoliv in die Augen, welches in Natura noch besser aussieht als auf den Fotos.

Die Bespielbarkeit ist erste Sahne, ungewohnt aber angenehm dünner Hals trifft auf superflache Saitenlage und ist daher besonders für Flitzefinger geeignet.

Das leichte Gewicht muss hier auch nochmal hervorgehoben werden. Gut, sie ist durch das Floyd Rose etwas schwerer als vergleichbare Gitarren, aber das fällt nicht sonderlich ins Gewicht.

Die verbauten Jackson Pickups kommen natürlich nicht an meine Invader ran, liefern aber für den Anfang genug Dampf, sodass nicht direkt über ein eventuelles Umrüsten nachgedacht werden muss.


Hier fiel mir leider die mindere Qualität der Tuner auf, die nicht bei aufgezogenen Saiten, jedoch bei freidrehenden Tunern bemerkbar ist.
Auch besitzt die Tremoloabdeckung keine Schlitze, sodass sie zum Stimmen definitiv entfernt werden muss.

Das Tremolo ist stimmstabil, jedoch finde ich den Hebel etwas kurz, was natürlich auch Gewohnheitssache sein kann.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine solide, günstige Gitarre, mit der ich viel Spaß haben werde!

Gitara jest fajnie wykonczona jak na ta pólke cenowa. Zielen + matowe wykonczenie robi robote. Jesli chodzi o wykonanie, to nie mam sie czego czepiac. Progi dobrze nabite, nic nie wystaje, gryf cienki.
To jest moja pierwsza gitara z Floyd Rose, wiec spedzilem troche czasu na regulacji i ustawieniu, ale teraz trzyma strój w miare stabilnie(nie uzywam tego floyda jakos nadmiernie). Udalo mi sie ja nawet ustawic do drop-a na strunach 12-62 i gra sie dosc komfortowo, biorac pod uwage fakt, ze to jednak szóstka.
Brzmienie z pick-upów calkiem ok, nie jest moze wybitne, ale jesli wybierzesz odpowiedni wzmacniacz i pokrecisz troche galkami, to ciezkie riffy same pchaja sie pod palce.
Gitara potrzebuje dedykowanego gig-baga do gitar typu V, nie zmiescisz jej do zwyklego futeralu :-)
