Es war großartig aus so einem umfangreichen Angebot die mir geeignet erscheinenden Becken herauszusuchen. Das "Istanbul Mehmet 18" Paper Thin Crash Tradit." ist ein Becken, das nicht nur irgendwie "schön" klingt. Es hat Charakter. Es hat eine Seele. Da alles handgefertigt wird, klingt jedes Becken dieser Serie natürlich etwas anders. Jedes Becken ist ein Individuum, daher schwer beschreibbar. Ich bin jedenfalls rundherum begeistert!

Zu meinem 16" Sabian HHX Evolution habe ich eine preiswerte 18" Ergänzung gesucht und bin endlich fündig geworden. Die beiden Becken harmonieren sehr gut zusammen.
Das Becken klingt relativ schnell aus, ist nie zu laut und entfaltet sich bereits bei leichtem Anschlag und passt somit wirklich hervorragend zur HHX Evolution-Reihe und ist dabei preislich unschlagbar. An der Verarbeitung habe ich nichts auszusetzen.
