Istanbul Mehmet 17" X-Ray Series Multi China

Thomann music store sent me a used cymbal or a demo and claimed it was “new” when I reached out to their customer service they just gave excuses and refused to do anything about it. There were finger prints all over it, two dings on the edge and strike marks, plus several scratches. I sent pictures. I was dismissed and treated unfairly. ALL of my musician friends please avoid doing business with them at all cost. Additionally they overcharged for shipping. IF I could have found this cymbal in the U.S. I would have kept my money in the states.
