The 8" Xist Splash by Istanbul Agop is a super fun little cymbal. It’s bright, punchy, and speaks instantly with a quick decay that doesn’t get in the way. It really pops for accents and fills without sounding harsh. Small, responsive, and full of character. It adds a lot more to a kit than you’d expect for its size.

Gute Ansprache und und schöner, kurzer Ausklang. Klingt keinen Moment blechern. Ideal für den Jazz, passt aber auch für andere Richtungen. Überhaupt scheint die Istanbul Agop Xist Serie sehr zu empfehlen sein. Spiele z. B. auch das Istanbul Agop 20" Xist Ride mit Begeisterung. Tja, und dann wäre da noch das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Guter Sound bei Livegigs

Nachdem mein UFIP class Series 8' Splash nach 20 Jahren endgültig durch war, war es Zeit für ein neues Becken und die Wahl fiel auf dieses. Es steht dem UFIP nicht viel nach und hat einen knackigen schnellen und hellen Ansprechsound. Ideal für Effekte und kurze Attacks.
Ein netter Nebeneffekt ggüber dem UFIP class Series: Es ist 20 € günstiger.
