Die Paukenschlägel sind gut verarbeitet; in anderen Bewertungen angesprochene, unsaubere Entgratung o.ä. konnte ich nicht feststellen, dass sie innen aufgebohrt sind stört nicht.

Sie erreichen in etwa das Gewicht gewüönlicher, massiver Paukenschlägel und sind ausreichend stabil.

Der Filzkopf ist sehr hart und eignet sich damit für sehr artikuliertes Spiel, was einen edleren Klang als mit traditionellen Barock-Holzköpfen ergibt.

Abgesehen von einer leichten Verfärbung durch Schmutz am Fell zeigt der Kopf auch nach längerem Einsatz keine signifikanten Abnutzungserscheinungen.

Härte: Die Schlägel sind wirklich sehr hart (Hartfilzkopf). Sogar noch härter als die sonst als "hart" bezeichneten Paukenschlägel. Daher geeignet für einen definierteren Pauken-Sound.
Spielbarkeit: gut, die Stöcke sind allerdings recht leicht, woran man sich zunächst gewöhnen muss.
Verarbeitung: leider nur mittelmäßig - die Stiele sind innen hohl und das Loch unten am Stickende etwas schlampig ausgebohrt. Stört nicht direkt beim Spielen, sieht aber etwas unschön aus.

Fazit: Für den Preis ein gut verwendbarer Pauken-Schlägel.
