Excellent guitar!

Purchased this kiko100TRR a week ago! What can I say?? Amazing instrument. I already have an Ibanez Rg652ahm as my main jam guitar tuned in e standard. I was looking for a Fender Am Ultra at first, but it was a bit more expensive. Then found out that Thomann had this one. I really wanted a Kiko in 2017, and thought it’d be a good guitar with great options within my budget. I wasn’t wrong!

I love the neck which is wider than a Super wizard! As for the pick ups, while being medium output, they have decent amount of gain! I love the clean tones as well! The scalloped frets and cutaway are a really nice and unique features. If I could buy a second one, I’d definitely go for it once again to tune differently.

The only thing I like less is the work on the edge of the frets. I’d also like stainless still frets.

Fan de Nuno Bettencourt, j'avais fini par revendre ma Washburn N4 car ... je n'avais malheureusement (au-delà du look) de connexion avec la bestiole. Mais, une gratte équipée d'un floyd manquait dans mon cheptel ... J'ai fini par lorgner, après avoir redécouvert Kilo Loureiro, cette Ibanez. Il faut savoir que le Mr a joué à ses débuts sur une N4. En synthèse : je retrouve ce que j'avais aimé sur la N4 (même si le look est évidemment différent) mais avec des micros qui sont très présents et équilibrés. La guitare est magnifique, le floyd bien plus résistant que la force de mes attaques diverses et le manche est très confortable (j'ai juste dû apprendre à ne pas ramener ma main gauche trop près des bloques cordes en première case, car les trucs sont assez présents). Guitare équilibrée. Sincèrement, le prix est bien placé, je n'ai pas le sentiment qu'on paie pour la Signature. Bon, je ne vais pas trop la recommander, je ne voudrais pas que trop d'autres guitaristes se baladent avec sur scène ;-)
