Good, with some defects

I bought this as my very first guitar, and I'm satisfied with it. Here are my complaints from worst to best:
1. String work looks terrible. I don't know if this an issue with the guitar or the person that did it, but looking at the bridge, they look as if they were cut too short and overstretched. The 7th string was so poorly placed that the tuner won't even go below Bb so I can't drop tune until I restring. However, the guitar stays in tune at B standard between sessions, and so far it has stayed put for a couple weeks.
2. No identifiers in the bag. All guitars I've ever owned came with a piece of cardboard, papers, or something else with the make and model. This one didn't have any of that, it felt like a B-stock instrument with missing pieces. I had to call customer support to verify it was the correct model.
3. The 3-way switch is placed very poorly. If you put the guitar in classical position, which is the whole point of the bottom scoop, your leg will push it back to center position all the time.
4. The battery compartment is very poorly fit, although I've seen it in many other makes and models upwards of 2000€. The way it's made makes replacing batteries very hard, to the point that you can damage the batteries and/or your fingers. Hopefully this can be replaced without much hassle.
5. The tuners are a bit stiff. I heard some people fix this with 3rd party bearings, but the out-of-the-box experience isn't great compared to bridge tuners I have in other guitars.
6. The bottom scoop could be better placed for a better position, e.g. it's not possible to place it between your legs for better balance. Maybe a 3rd party extension would solve this.
