I have not been playing long enough to know reed struggles. What I do know is the difference between a standard cane reed and this is that the prep/storage issues with cane reeds are gone with this, and this is supposed to last a lot longer. I just ordered 2 more as backup.

Very thin sound. A harder reed would be definitely better but the response was already poor.

La caña en sí es bastante blanda y muy fácil de hacer sonar, pero hay que tener mucho control sobre ella para que las notas suenen afinadas.

Respecto al sonido, es bastante plasticoso aunque muy potente. Registro fácil de hacer sonar... excepto en las notas sobreagudas a partir del Mi de la tercera octava, donde la mayoría de las veces resulta imposible hacer sonar dichas notas.

En cuanto al material, es de muy buena calidad y la textura recuerda bastante a las cañas de madera.
