You only get what you pay for with strings, and they can get really expensive. At this price-point these strings are great Perfect option for children learning in schools etc. The tone is reasonable on a starter instrument. They hold pitch reasonably well once stretched in.

These strings feel, sound and play better than any of the stock ukulele strings I've ever played and are simultaniously some of the cheapest available. Ukulele elitists might want to buy better, more premium strings, but for everyone else, these are the ones to go.

Haven’t tried that many different makes of Ukulele strings but these are very good and great value for money.

I build historical musical instruments from time to time and I picked these up as 'disposable' strings for testing resonance on a few designs and commissions I was working on. Considering the price, I thought they would be awful but the feel and sound of these strings were incredible!

They're super smooth to the touch and the tones are warm and full. The black colouring also really makes the instruments stand out from the crowd and make them feel all the more alluring to play. They have become my go to since I first tried them and thoroughly recommend them!
