Great strings for low cost. I would only use these for all non-live, non-recording uses, like everyday practice, setup/intonation and kit builds.

Recently, I tried a lot of various strings for my 8 string, and these are apparently the best! I decided to try these out and buy the 8th string separately because Harley benton sells 0.74 as an 8th string, which is not thick enough for the drop E tuning.

After trying out nyxl, earnie ball, strandberg and other brands I found out that these are the brightest and spankiest strings I played so far, which is very important to me since I play techniques like thumping, tapping, selective picking etc.

We'll see how long they stay fresh, but at this price, they are awesome!

Ursprünglich habe ich immer einen 10-52er Satz mit umwickelter 3. Saite für meine, auf D gestimmten E-Gitarren, verwendet. Leider bekommt man diese Saitensätze nicht mehr.

Daher bin ich jetzt auf diesen Satz aufmerksam geworden. Die 1. Saite weg lassen und schon habe ich fast das Setting was ich liebe, als preiswerte alternative zu Thomastik IN111 die über das 3 Fache kosten.

Wenn man die Saiten regelmäßig wechselt geht die Qualität in Ordnung. Allerdings ist es mir jetzt schon zwei mal passiert das ich mir kleine Metallspitter eingerissen hatte, als ich die Saiten etwas lang (viel zu lange) drauf gelassen hatte. Das kannte ich bis dato nur Akustik Gitarren...

Insgesamt bin ich mit den Saiten aber sehr zufrieden. Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis ist in meinen Augen super.
