Bad quality, bad service
Pros: Nice finish; neck material and finish is excellent
Cons: Frets are very rough on the edge; machine heads are very bad quality, sticky, jumpy; nut not adjusted, action too high and cannot be set properly (not even after string replacement); high fret noise; pots are became loos after one day; colour is different that the pictures.
Long story short: i sent it back under the 30 day money back guarantee, but thomann ripped me off ~55eur 'cause I replaced the strings (a set of good quality strings are under 8 eur). Took 3 weeks to process the refund, and I have to nudge them constantly by mail and on whatsapp chat, meanwhile they referred to mails that I never received. Not a great service.
