Plug doesn't insert properly
Unit is fine BUT the 'Kettle Plug' connection isn't tight enough when inserted into the power planet. Have to keep pushing and adjusting it to get the power to come and stay on and the lightest touch will stop the electrical connection and all the pedals go off. Needs some sort of clamp to keep it in place or a better designed input. Otherwise no problems.

Unreliable but good while it lasted.
I have had two of these, the first failed after three months and was replaced for free, however the replacement also failed after a couple of months. I replaced it with a Palmer unit which has been working perfectly for a year so far. Not recommended.
