Purchased to fit a H.B. TE-70RW Deluxe and unfortunately it does not ?
It is not just a case of hole alignment, I was expecting to have to re-locate a few screw holes. But overall it is slightly too short and would not cover the footprint of the original, leaving old holes visible. I'm not sure the neck pick up would fit properly and there are no mount holes - I now realise when looking at the product pics.
This may well fit a real Fender but it had not occurred to me that a H.B. pick guard would not fit a H.B. Tele - I appreciate design differences to overcome copyright issues etc. But maybe Thomann could give some spec's as to which guitars this product will and will not fit.
Shame because the pick guard is nicely made, nicely finished and well priced.

Make Sure It Fits!

I bought this for my new TE-62CC. It does not fit, and it's not even close - I mean WAAAYYY off! I'm not sure what Harley Benton Tele style this "Harley Benton Tele Style" pickguard fits, but it is definitely not the TE-62. Total bummer. Despite the lack of fit, the quality of the pickguard is quite good.

Simply doesn't fit.

After trying a standard pick guard and finding that it didn't fit my HB TE, one would logically think a Harley Benton one would.
How wrong I was, it's a shame as it seems pretty well made.
Looks like I'll just need to keep the scratched black one and possibly make one from scratch.
