Bought this to replace some scratchy mini pots.
The output jack was defective (hot and ground were shorted). I did not send it back since I was interested only in the pots and this kit is cheaper than buying 4 pots separately.
The pots and the 3-way switch are ok quality, no scratches and no noise.
I wouldn't install them on a Gibson, but they fit/upgrade an import guitar.
All pots are 500k linear. I read in another review they were logarithm/audio. I guess you get whatever Thomann has in stock which is not ideal (for volume depends on preference but for tone you want an audio taper).
The pots tolerance seems to be 20%. I got one as low as 420KOhm and one as high as 520KOhm. They require a consistent force to turn them.
The capacitors don't look good quality but they work.
I used the existing guitar wire so I have no opinion on the included wire.
Nuts and washer are included.
Summarizing....
switch - ok
jack - defective
capacitors - not the best
pots - ok
