Does it's job

It does what it supposed to do, but I'm not sure if it will last for a long time. The fabric it's made out of does not feel too durable.

Better than most

I'm not sure that any FretWrap style gizmo actually does a lot, but these are better than most and a great deal cheaper than the branded kind.

I bought several of these. For the most part they do their job, but I received one where the Velcro was sewn on the wrong side. Not the biggest issue, but still, I give it 3 out of 5 because of that.

The quality is good, but it's a little short for 6 string guitars (nut width: 42mm).

A good neckwrap

This was my first neckwrap, as I don't do alot of tapping/legato playing and I certainly don't notice or care about the minimal "string ring" that occurs above the nut.
But if you play alot of tapping/legato style on 6-string guitars or 4-string bass guitars then this is the stringwrap for you. Don't waste money getting something more expensive...this one does the job.

It's a neck wrap.

For electric guitar, buy the medium one — the smalll one is a little tight. Other than that, there's not much to say. It does its job like it's supposed to.
