Does the job
It does the job, but the construction seems a bit weaker than other I have owned. Also it is a bit chunky and does not look as neutral as I would have wanted. The price is good and the function is what you would expect.

OK but needs strength
This works well but requires a lot of strength to squeeze the spring. So long as you have arms like Arnold Schwarzenegger, you should be just fine.

Good as a backup capo (for bass)
Bought this capo for my 6 strings bass as a backup capo (usually I use another). Naturally, capo's spring tension doesn't hold down tension of bass strings perfectly. It works ok with the lower strings, one has to be careful with upper strings. Chances are BIG it will buzz if not clamped carefully.
However, I have almost no issues using it with my 5 str. bass and I have no doubt it would work perfectly on instrument which was dedicated to - classic guitar.

Works for some guitars
We use the capo for acoustic guitars.
It is not pressing hard enough string of some guitars, which need harder push.
For softer push guitars the capo is fine.

OK for beginners
Not the best capo ever of course, but a step forward the cheesy 1¤ ones.
PRO- intuitive and quick for young students, it fits every kind of guitar in my experience.
CONS- too much pressure on the neck will slightly detune your guitar. Not for professionals.

Cheap but Robust
This cheap capo is quite robust and the build quality and intonation is comparable to similar models from "name" brands that are much more expensive. However, I find this type of capo somewhat cumbersome to put on and remove from the guitar, as well as when changing its position. It also looks a little bulky in my opinion. I prefer when the capo is less visible from the front, both for aesthtic reasons and for ease of play. Still, this one works just fine.
