The guitar surprised me in a bad way

Well it came to me like it was used. It had deep scratches all over. The metal cover for neck bolts was placed unfairly. The strings were old and rusty. So it took me a while to polish and fix everything. Overall cant advise to anyone.

Great Value. Great Sound. But Not All Good.

Lovely cherry red finish on the body. Excellent sounding humbuckers. Bridge, tailpiece, switch and controls are ok. Tuners are very poor though with loads of play in the worm gears and the fretboard is dry and harsh. For £99 I am not complaining though. You can get the real SG Angus sound out of this!
