A Fantastic little book for learning everything Jaco. Goes over some theory with the circle of fifths. Goes over some of his songs and little practice ideas. A very, very helpful book!

Je trouve cette méthode très très intéressante, en rentre dans le vif du sujet, il y a tous les ingrédients nécessaire sur la technique de la basse (sur deux octaves) l'aspect harmonique est très riches et surtout ses extraits de morçeaux....
Une méthode que je recommande à tous types de publics (du débutant curieux au pro... )

Gute Zusammenfassung des Stils von Pastorius

Dieses Buch zeigt so ziemlich alles was wichtig ist, um den Stil von Jaco Pastorius zu studieren. Man sollte viel Ausdauer mitbringen, dieses Heft richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Musiker. Schön ist das auch alles in Tabulatur abgedruckt und eine Begleit-CD (Stücke in jeweils zwei Geschwindigkeiten) beigelegt ist, so ist es möglich auch ohne große Theoriekenntnisse mit dem Buch zu arbeiten und sich das rauszuziehen, was einem gefällt.

Kirjassa on todella hyvin analysoitu muutama Jacon biisi tahti tahdilta. Biisien opettelu on mielenkiintoista. Kirjassa on paljon asteikko treenejä, joihin en itse oikeen perusta ja en koe niitä itselle kovin tarpeelliseksi. Jacon biisit ovat todella inspiroivia treenattavia.
