I am beyond devastated
I purchased this guitar along with an amp in the hopes of bringing some joy into my life after experiencing homelessness and dark thoughts. Unfortunately, I never got to open the guitar and I am now in the process of sending it back after Thomann mis-sold me an opened box product (the aforementioned amp) as new. By treating me like this, Thomanns actions have plunged me back into the abyss. I will never forgive this, and Thomann will never receive my custom again. Thomann will not have the integrity to publish this review, so I'll be sure to post it across the web in the hope of warning others from doing business with this crooked company.
