Super Pedal for this price.

I have played over 50 years Hard Rock heel up on the Bass pedal. Now playing Jazz heel down. Found this transition difficult on my old pedal. This pedal from Gretsch has been the solution. The quality is very good, it has a nice solid feel to it and is very well made. A large, well positioned, wing screw makes it very easy to clamp to the hoop, and all points of contact with the hoop are protected with rubber pads. But for me, personally, the best feature is the possibility to adjust the beater angle and the footplate height independent of one another.
I give it a five star rating, for a pedal in this price range it is excellent.
