it's a fairly simple component but it is doing its job very well. Build looks quality. The strings are now angled the same of the E and A strings, I am glad I chose this one over the shorter retainer. Beautiful addition to my black Yamaha BB

Untypischerweise habe ich diesen String Retainer nicht bei einem Bass montiert sondern auf einer Westerngitarre. Eigentlich hatte ich zunächst einen anderen Saitenniederhalter im Kopf aber in Goldfarbe gab es zu wenig Optionen, die mir gefielen. Da habe ich etwas Unkonventionelles gewagt und habe dieses Teil auf der Gitarre montiert. Die Montage mit der mitgelieferten Schraube war sehr einfach. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr schön - keine scharfen Ecken oder Kanten zu sehen oder zu fühlen. Und das Ding erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut.
