I suggest looking towards other pots, from another brand.
Mounted this pot as a volume in my guitar, the solder joint is good however i kept hearing scratching when rolling the knob and a loud pop when i hit 0 or 10. later on i sprayed some fine electronic lubricant inside the pot and the scratching when rolling went away, however, the pop at 0 or 10 remained .
My tone pot from "allparts" however is fine and higher quality than this , but 5 bucks more expensive . Guitar pots cost a lot compared to regular pots but i kinda see why , pots in a guitar are supposed to work 100% of the time with no margin for error. So if reliability and sound integrity is in mind when buying a pot, buy a better one , even if its 5 bucks more !

Crackles on 50% of my ordered pots, 1 non working at all
I have ordered 10 of them. 50% were crackling after mounting them on my Jazz Bass. One of them was simply not working at all and measuring 0 resistance on the multimeter. Very disappointed. Would recommend the pricier official fender pots instead.
