Good stand for nitrocellulose guitars - not so stable

Good stand for Gibson guitars with their sensitive nitrocellulose finish. No issues with any marks on my guitar finish. The stand is pretty shaky, so whenever I leave it on the stand, I get stressed that it might fall off... Nothing like that has happened until now, but I would have loved it if it was more steady. In general, I think it is overpriced. Also, the colour is much darker than the actual picture.

Elegant, funktional und für Nitrolack geeignet

Es gibt gar nicht so viele Gitarrenständer, die für Gitarren mit Nitrocellulose-Lack geeignet sind. Dieser wird in einer Förderwerkstatt in Nashville aus Verschnittholz aus dem Gibson Werk hergestellt. Günstig ist er nicht, aber - wie ich finde - sehr elegant. Meiner Gibson ES-335 jedenfalls steht er sehr gut. Der prominente "Gibson" Schriftzug auf dem Standfuß lässt vermuten, dass der Ständer wohl vor allem auch als Display für Händler gedacht ist, ich hätte darauf verzichten können. Stabil ist er durchaus, aber nicht wirklich sehr schwer. Gegen ungestüme Kinder oder Hunde wäre er vermutlich wehrlos, ist aber ansonsten absolut wohnzimmertauglich.
