They sound fine and standard, but I have been playing with these for 2 weeks now and it makes my fingers black every time. I don't know what coating is in it but it's not good.
Also if you care about sustainability, the packaging is plastic and each string comes individually wrapped in plastic, so not great.
I wouldn't buy this again that's for sure.

broken, but good sounding
Unfortunately these strings are not very reliable. I had often broken strings. That is why I looked for others strings. And surprisingly the others strings sounding better, too. I really like the GHS Sound, but broken strings are annoying.
