Cord broke off and left swab stuck in horn

The very first time (and only time) I used it, the cord came off leaving the swab stuck inside my horn and almost impossible to get out. I didn't pull very hard at all. Mine was probably a defect, but it sucked.

The product cleans well. The only drawback is: the string od the swab gets tangled too much so you need to untangle it for couple of minutes before using it every time you take it out of your case.

Length of the thread is more than enough for bari. Width of the cloth is also ok. Only thing I'm not fond of is the metal ball. It could use a cover over it so it's more pleasant when putting it through the bari.
