The chinrest itself is good, but the bottom is not prepared for mounting on the violin. I?m a luthier, so i had no problems, but others might run into problems and may even damage the violin. Buy something of better quality.

Ohne Frequenzen einzuschnüren folgt die ansprechende Form der Funktion. Der "Sitz" ist ohne Mängel, die Kontaktstellen sind Kork - belegt und schonen den Lack. Die Arretierung zeigt allerdings: all zu oft sollte man nicht ab- und anmontieren, die Schrauben und Gewinde besitzen reichlich Spiel!
Beim Gebrauch ist die Stütze gut einzurichten. Ein entscheidender Mangel ist aber der Lack! Ein Leinöl- oder Wachs- Auftrag wäre deutlich angenehmer für die Haut.
