Nice!
Jan (Just another amateur from Belgium) 14.05.2023
Als je enkele instrumenten hebt en weinig ruimte, dan zitten de kabels al vlug in de weg. Go wireless dus ;)

Aanrader!

Better value than a big name!
Poddy P 03.01.2026
In the past, I've tried lightweight, inexpensive transceivers belonging to friends and been very much unsatisfied. I've also long had a love/hate relationship with wireless - the freedom is wonderful, but the sound and performance infuriating.
But, for this price, worth at least having a go, I thought.

The short answer - fantastic. Reasonably fast charge, a good three hours or more continuous use (fine for gigging), faultless transmission, and sound quality equal to a cable.
I can say this, as I did a test sending white noise from a synthesiser simultaneously via a short balanced-line cable connection, and via the wireless. Using a Match EQ program to show up any differences, it revealed only a slight roll-off (around 0.5dB) below about 50Hz, and the same at the high end, about 18kHz. That's virtually undetectable through guitar amplification - and better than the response of any unbalanced cable over about 2m. Fab.
Despite what some misinformed reviewers have said, there is no detectable latency; probably those folks were confusing latency with the difference between the speed of light and the speed of sound. :)

Impressive enough and ridiculous for the price, so I bought a second (for the piezo out from a couple of my guitars).

Without mentioning any names, a few years ago I bought from Thomann a bug-and-floorpedal set from an internationally famous audio manufacturer. That takes 3 hours to charge, plays for about 2 hours, the bug failed within 6 months (Thomann replaced it) and within another 6 months, the replacement failed. Same problem - poor design of the "swinging" jack in the surprisingly cheapo bug. I've subsequently repaired that a couple of times myself, including also curing the battery charge monitor calibration. On the plus side, the tuner floor receiver is paradoxically bombproof. But that cost me over 300GBP!

The only drawback with this fantastic value wireless kit is the silly name "Fun Generation". If you're wavering, buy one.

Finally good pre-amp plus connection
janusM 13.08.2023
I hesitated quite long before buying this for my electric voilin. Should have done it earlier. Previously I played with a battery-powered pre-amp plus a good instrument cable. Now I have the perfect replacement for both. The sender amplifies the (weak) incoming signal from the violin automatically to the right level, and for the rest the sound is perfectly preserved.
I played in a lot of live situations, and never had any connection conflict with other wireless units or WIFI routers.

Very Impressive
howardjworf@aol.com 19.05.2023
I bought these as a spare set in case my Mooer set went flat during a gig. I have used them in rehearsal with no problems. I am primarily a bass guitarist, but have used them for 6 strings too. Having the channel display on both transmitter and receiver is really nice, and they pair really quickly, and so far reliably. The rotating plug is firm enough and the transmitter stays at the angle it is set to in the guitar jack socket. They are clearly made down to a price, but they work and don't feel as low cost as they are. I may update this review as time goes by and I use them more, but at the moment I have no complaints. I am tempted to get a second set.
Updated: battery life is still very good. We play a 3 hour set and they are still going strong at the end of that. I have had no drop out or sound quality issues with them at all. I have the receiver plugged into my multi effects unit on the floor - the range is about 25m used this way. Because they are 5ghz interference is a non issue.
A word of caution - the transmitter cannot be used with an Ibanez Bass, the reach between the body is insufficient.

Good way to try wireless
Jakub W. S. 05.07.2023
System gets connection immediately, Wi-Fi does not interrupt. No influence on the tone. Good range, but after 10m away you can feel latency. When you are close to reciever there's totally no issues. Battery life ís more than enough for even long practice. Of you never tried wireless before, try this one.

Great for the price
2welve 01.02.2024
Had this unit for about a month and no problems.
The only thing I don't like is the plastic power switch. Doesn't seem rugged.
I haven't gigged with it, only band practice and had no problems.
In conclusion, it does the job.

Just get one even if you (think you) don't need it!
NickEf 30.04.2024
I needed a wireless solution for my guitar but didn't have the budget to go for the big brands. After some research and ended up getting this little thing in 5,8 ghz. So glad I did. It got me through a European tour with my band and many other gigs as well. That is at least 30, in different venues, from small gigs to big stages. I always had a cable ready but never needed it. NO DROPOUTS, NO LATENCY, NO TONE DEGRADATION at least compering to the big brands intermediate UHF wireless gear (which is around 350€). Heck, I could always do a line check from any backstage, no problem with distance from my pedalboard. I just love it. Also very simple and efficient to use. Just plug and play. It may feel a bit plasticky and cheap (which it is) but I don't believe other brands offer anything better in sound and reliability at 5-6 times the price of this. Just get one in 5.8 ghz and you won't regret it!

AirZone 5.8Ghz

Used in home environment only, although I do have many Wireless Devices over a Mesh system I have had no issues with connection or latency (Would always recommend 5.8 over the 2.4 models)
