Kunststoff statt Holz!

Ich war schon länger auf der Suche nach guten Kunststoffblättern, wegen all der typischen Vorteile wie Konsistenz und Haltbarkeit. Getestet hatte ich bisher viele von den Fiberreeds, die aber eine schlechte Modulierberkeit (Vibrato) des Sounds hatten. Die Forestone Blätter verhalten sich hier genauso wie man es vom Holz erwartet. Die Ansprache ist sehr gut über den ganzen Tonumfang hinweg. Der Klang ist ok, ich hatte definitiv schon Holzblätter mit besserem Klang, aber die allermeisten sind dann doch eher schlechter.

Vorher hatte ich vor allem Van Doren Java 3 gespielt. Laut der hier gezeigten Stärketabelle ist F2.5 ja viel zu leicht, meinem Eindruck nach ist das aber nicht so krass. Ich werde zwar trotzdem eine härtere Stärke ausprobieren weil gerade obenrum beim Spielen mit viel Druck dann doch das Blatt zumacht.

Edit: Die Blätter verlieren nach dem anfänglichen Einspielen noch deutlich an Stärke, weswegen ich mittlerweile MH spiele.

Un peu étrange au début, mais un son très large et précis. Demande quand même une bonne maîtrise du bec.
A la longue, c'est que du bonheur!! Après deux ans de pratique parfois assez intense, elle est toujours au top! Je ne sais plus quoi faire de mes anches bois....

Ich bin von diesem Blättchen wirklich begeistert!

Zuerst hab ich mit Holzblättchen von Rico und Vandoren angefangen. Dann mit Kunststoffblättchen experimentiert (Legere, Fiberreed, Fibracell). Schlussendlich kam dann das Forestone dazu. Ich spiele seit 6 Monaten nur dieses Blättchen, weil es sich am besten von allen anhört. Meiner Meinung nach sogar etwas besser als die Holzblättchen.

Der Klang ist voll, warm und recht weich. Die Ansprache ist sehr leicht. Ich finde der Ton mischt sich super unter die Klangfarben des Orchesters. Für Jazz wäre ein "schärferer" Klang jedoch besser geeignet.

Das Blättchen lässt sich nach 2 Stunden genauso spielen wie zu Beginn. Es ist zudem ohne Einspielen sofort nutzbar.

Was mir außerdem aufgefallen ist: bei den Holzblättchen hatte ich nach ca 15 Minuten blubbernde Geräusche vom Wasser im Mundstück. Bei diesem Blättchen hatte ich dieses Problem nie. Ich weiß nicht, ob es einen Zusammenhang gibt. Möglicherweise braucht das Holzblatt mehr Spucke, da es sich vollsaugt?

Ich hatte vorher Blättchen der Stärke 2. Hab mir Forestone in S und MS bestellt und beides geht. S ist viel angenehmer und lässt sich super spielen. MS geht auch, allerdings braucht man dafür etwas mehr Ansatz.

Fazit: klare Kaufempfehlung

ich dachte mir Probieren kann mann es ja mal

muss sagen ich bin begeistert sind echt gut,Sprechen top an und der ton na ja
ich mag ihn und er ist auch schön so dass es fast keinen unterschied gibt
für mich

auf dem
Selmer S80
und einen Aizen mundstück. blat 3

nur Mut ihr werdet es nicht
bereuen.
