How to make your Strat look even cooler
I purchased this for my Mexican Strat to give it a bit of an old school feel. This is not designed for Mexican starts and was a little too big as I thought might be the case. A couple of small magnets on the inside meant its yard in place no problem. If you want that retro look then this is a cheap option. Loads of people have said how good it looks.typical good value and delivery from THOMANN too.

Ashtray custom
An easy and inexpensive way for customizing your Stratocaster.
I had to file the edges a little bit off to fit it well (on a Schaller vibrato I confess).
And then, to keep it in place, the genius touch : two small magnetic disks.
Invisibility and glamour. Smoke on the caster...

wrong order but my dream
I have a Fender player series guitar. I bought it without researching, because I wanted to attach this cover to my guitar. To make it look vintage. unfortunately, I got it wrong. i put it on my sx brand guitar.

This does not fit my Fender American Performer Stratocaster.
I think maybe my bridge has been swapped in the UK shop where I bought it from. Or maybe this cover is just for an earlier Fender bridge design.
Fender do not help when asked and just pass the buck.
The bridge scratches my hand when I play, and it doesn't seem to fit properly, so I have some research to do.
I have a Fender Telecaster American Performer, I also bought a genuine Fender cover for that and it didn't fit either! Well done Fender, not!

Perfect fit for 1974
This chrome bridge cover is a perfect fit for the 1974 3-bolt-neck Fender Stratocaster. Came in Fender packaging. Great.

The finishing touch
Although my '65 reissue came with one of these, I decided to get a spare just in case. Simple push fit stays in place nicely with or without the trem arm fitted
