Reliable but has one issue

Reliable connection, robust and will likely last. But one point to note is that the cable is noticeably HEAVY when in that coiled form, so it can slip out of the instrument if your connector socket is not tight enough and/or you are not routing the cable behind your guitar/bass strap for support.
