Das Wichtigste zuerst:
Die Verarbeitung, Haptik und Bespielbarkeit einer Custom Shop ist das Geld wirklich wert!

Kurz als Einleitung: Ich spiele schon ein paar mehr Jahre Gitarre, aber nicht in einer Band, sondern wirklich nur als Hobby - entweder für mich allein oder auch ab und an mit Freunden. Einsatzgebiet ist also der heimische Proberaum.

Getestet habe ich bei Thomann dann die Custom Shop Variante und die Signature Version der Jeff Beck Strat. Und ich kann sagen: die Unterschiede - gerade in der Verarbeitung - fallen auf! Versteht mich nicht falsch, es sind beides fantastische Instrumente, spielen sich flüssig und haben einen wunderbaren Sound.

Negativ:
- sehr hoher Preis (Custom Shop eben!)

Positiv:
- Verarbeitung / Haptik / Lack
- Rollensattel und Mechaniken
- Pickups / Sound

Fazit: langfristig gesehen würde ich wieder zur Custom Shop greifen. Abrichtung der Bünde, Verschraubung, Spaltmaße etc. sind einfach bei der teuren Fender besser.
Wenn man es sich irgendwie leisten kann, dann sollte man aus meiner Sicht zur CS greifen.

Auf der einen Seite ist es unglaublich viel Geld, auf der anderen Seite muß ich aber keine schlaflosen Nächte haben - nach dem Motto: hätte ich mal gleich die Custom Shop gekauft.
