Does not fit a Squier Telecaster

A Fender Tele/Strat case. However, a Squier Tele does not fit well at all.. I dont understand. I have to press the guitar way to hard to fit in. Potentionally damaging the guitar. Tried other Tele's, both Fender and Squiers. Problem remains.

Lucky for me, i have another guitar that does fit. Otherwise i would've sended it back.
