Evans G2 Fusion 2 Set clear

I love Evans, all of their products are amazing.
I record a lot in my studio, and these heads are simply amazing.
Sound is amazing, quality is superb, unbelievable durability.
I usually like to have fresh new heads for every studio work, BUT sometimes it can happen that I have a sudden recording request, and I might not have new heads in stock, or I might have to start the sessions right away. In that case I'm anyway going to be alright, because these heads are phenomenal, and will endure hours and days or weeks of heavy hitting. No loss in quality or sound. Evans is just the best for how I play!

I honestly didn't expect the Evans G2 Clear heads to make such a noticeable difference, but they completely transformed my kit. The first thing that stood out was the power—every drum feels bigger and more alive without losing control. (used them on a TAMA Superstar Hyperdrive drum set) The attack is punchy and immediate, while the clarity is outstanding. Every tom speaks with definition, even during fast fills, and there's a perfect balance between warmth, sustain, and articulation. They also tune up surprisingly easily and stay consistent. If you're looking for a versatile two-ply head that delivers a powerful, modern sound with excellent projection and crystal-clear tone, the G2 Clears are an easy recommendation. They exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
