Doesn't fit all lug types

be aware this key doesn't fit all lug types. For instance it doesn't fit the lugs in my 2024 Starclassic (Tama Starcl. Walnut/Birch 5pcs -MBI) kit. It's too loose and doesn't grip the lugs. Thought all lugs are the same size - but guess not. Works well with Sonor though.

Does what it says, but it's a bit of a gimmick if you ask me and not a viable replacement for tuning your drums with a regular key. I'd save your money and get any old drum key.

Not convinced this has been of great benefit

Useful when tightening up a new head to ensure all lugs are similar but when fine tuning the torque setting is simply not sensitive enough.

Having played for many years, tuning drums is no problem for me. For the novice, this may well help in getting all tension rods in the right place - give or take 20%. From there you have to use yourself.
