Durable, and produces a warm, flat kick tone

A great head. Nice and thick. I used this to replace a stock Tama head which, for me, was a bit too flimsy and 'basketball-y' sounding.
Stuck a small pillow inside the 22" bass and it now sounds epic. I like my bass drum tone to have an immediacy or sharpness while still having a prominent thumping low end, and this skin sounds epic on my drum.
