It's okay for the given price.
So I bought this together with my new guitar (a Les Paul Custom). Sadly the guitar had neck dive when using this Strap. With other straps using other material there is no neck dive whatsoever.
But it kind of works and there is probably a good workaround to fix this problem.
But what did I expect for this price.

Good, but not perfect
The leather bits are of decent quality. Compared with Harley Benton HBN BK strap, it's not as good, the H.B. feels more durable, maybe a bit thicker, which means more comfort, and has an extra layer of material on top.

Someone recommended me this strap.
I thought it would be nicer material. I had a nylon/poly strap before and used it for 12 years.
This doesn't look as good. Material is generic ribbed like all straps.. the ends don't look really strong.
The best thing about it is it's extra long. It's like 190cm in full length.

With surprizes
I am using the strap since 2009 and it has no signs of ripping apart. The length of the strap suits me fine (I am 1.9 m tall). The strap is rather narrow and it stresses the shoulder in an hour or so. Even worse if you get the plastic "length slider" straight on your shoulder.
The worst thing about the strap is if I take my guitar (ax-50) by the strap and lift it up from the sofa (let's say), one of the holders gets loose and guitar slips away from the strap. I had this accident many times. I am lucky, though, to catch a guitar before it smashes down to the floor.
pros: cheap, durable, functional;
cons: rather narrow, in certain circumstances guitar may slip away from the strap.

Middle of the road strap
It's a durable, very long strap. Not good for long sessions or weigthy instruments, since it's made of nylon and it's not large

Very basic, very inexpensive
If you don't care what your strap looks like, or how it feels, this is fine. I only bought it to experiment with to see if I could stop the dive on a neck-heavy bass by having some arrangement of two straps.
