Not necessarily a good thing though. Compared to other strings I previously used, which usually were Dean Markley and D'addario also some GHS at times. These sound reeeeeally different. I honestly don't appreciate it a lot at the moment, because soon I will have a concert and need to recalibrate everything. They underline more distortion/ overdrive, and eq wise - they sound more bassy (mashed up too), and the highest notes are also stronger the only thing I like at the moment. The other strings I used were more balanced, or maybe I just was too used to them. Bottomline I will have to experiment with pedals to see if I find the sounds that convince me. But this is the first time in 20+ years I used these and its also the first time where I have seen so big changes in sound between one set and another

I use this set on my hard tail, Gibson guitars.
I play exclusively in Drop D, and replacing the 46 with a 52 provides perfect tension, compensating for the detuning.
I bought these strings to check them out and to compare them against the ones I currently use from another brand, because the price is considerably better (cheaper).
After a few months using these, I can say that they're quite good. They're bright, clear and endure heavy use and abuse without breaking or any other issues.
To be completely honest, I think that the other brand I use is still a tiny-winy bit better sounding and durability wise, but if like me, you tend to change strings often, the price difference tilts the balance this way.
