Die Bässe vom EMG S sind sauber, nicht so matschig wie beim EMG SA. Die Höhen sind sauber und klar, aber nicht zu scharf. Typisch Keramik Pickup eben. Allerdings kommt dabei etwas der Blues zu kurz!

Ebenfalls EMG S als Neck Pickup und EMG SLV in der Mittelposition ergibt
eine sehr gute und aufgeräumte Balance.

In einer S1 Schaltung liefert der EMG S ebenfalls sehr gute Ergebnisse im Rahmen der aktiven EMG Möglichkeiten.
