Der letzte "Draht" fehlt den neuen Saiten im Vergleich zu anderen Sätzen, es klingt nicht so richtig metallisch und scharf, als wären die Saiten schon eine Woche gespielt. Aber dann bleibt der Sound so! Inzwischen sind meine Elixir schon Monate drauf und werden intensiv bespielt, trotzdem klingen sie noch angenehm knackig.

Durch die Beschichtung fühlen sich die Saiten glatt an, das hat Vor- und Nachteile. Zum einen werden Rutschgeräusche vermindert und man fängt sich nicht so leicht Blasen ein. Zum anderen rutsche ich aber beim Spielen von Bendings leicht ab. Übrigens sind mir beim Üben von Bendings G-Saiten gerissen. Das passiert mit sonst recht selten, zum Glück lassen sich Elixir einzeln nachkaufen.

Wer langfristig mit guten Saiten spielen will, kann hier Geld sparen. Der Sound ist gefällig. ob die "Saitenreißer" Zufall sind muss ich auf Dauer zeigen.

(por sacarla algún fallo) es, que si te gusta el sonido a cuerdas gastadas, ese sonido tardara en llegar mas de lo normal, debido a su construcción hecha para durar de 3 a 5 veces mas respecto a unas cuerdas normales. Eso si su sonido brillante y definido es espectacular.
